Is my payment secure?
Yes. We are fully PCI compliant and never store your card details — all transaction data is handled directly by Stripe or PayPal over encrypted (SSL/TLS) connections.
When is my service activated?
Services are set up automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed — usually within minutes. Cryptocurrency payments are activated once the transaction confirms on the network.
Which currencies do you support?
You can be billed in USD, EUR or GBP — select your preferred currency using the currency switcher at the top of the site before ordering.
How does recurring billing work?
Invoices are generated automatically before each renewal date. Card and PayPal subscription payments can be set to renew automatically, or you can pay each invoice manually — including with crypto or account credit.
How do I use Group Pay?
Share your Group Pay link with your clan or friends — anyone can contribute any amount, which is added to your account as credit and applied against your invoices.
