Our Story

Citadel Servers started in 2012 with a simple frustration: game server hosting was either expensive, unreliable, or run by companies that didn't answer their tickets. We set out to build the host we wanted to use ourselves, with fast hardware, an honest price and support from people who actually play the games.

More than a decade later we host thousands of servers across Europe and North America, support over 300 game titles and have grown into a full hosting provider offering dedicated servers, VPS, web hosting and voice servers alongside our game hosting.

What hasn't changed is how we work. We still develop our own provisioning and automation tools, we still staff support around the clock with real technicians, and we still treat every server as if it were our own community's.
